Home-made Soya Cream
You can get tasty long-life soya cream in all the big supermarkets in France, the UK and many other countries. However, you can also make your own, which is delicious and versatile.

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm (not boiled) sweetened soya milk
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- sugar or apple juice
- a drop or two of vanilla essence
Method
- Blend first three ingredients together thoroughly with a hand blender not a liquidiser. This is Tony's creamy sauce 1 which you may have already made a stock quantity of.
- Add sugar/juice and vanilla and blend to taste.
- Keep in fridge until needed.
Notes
Goes with almost any dessert and acts as a base for many more.
