This is an attention to detail rather luxy chalet company run by
an English couple, one of whom is veggie. Mike & Laura even use
the vegan word on their website. Plus they are environmentally
aware.

They contacted us as they are really keen to have veggies and
vegans stay with them. They know about the likes of vegetarian
cheese and vegan and vegetarian wine, and with enough advanced
notice they can provide such things by bringing them from the UK at
the start of the season, as well as key vegan ingredients. They can
make vegan cakes too!
