Alps, Clair and Phil have developed a reputation for producing a
varied and exciting menu of excellent food.

Clair supplements her Chalet experience in the winter with
summer employment as a chef in some of the best restaurants in
Edinburgh - including Mal Maison (French Bistro) and
Henderson's (Edinburgh's best known Vegetarian / Vegan
restaurant). This, combined with her background as a
state-registered Dietitian makes her an asset in any kitchen!
Phil's summer employment as an Outdoor Activities Instructor
leaves him little time for cooking, but he continues to ensure he
eats very well! "
