A relaxing, beautiful place to stay in the hills and hollows of Huntington, Vermont, with eight distinctively furnished guest rooms within a newly renovated lodge.
There is a separate vegan/vegetarian menu on their special events menu, and whilst this is a tad repetitive on the pasta and mushroom front and they need encouragement to add more protein-rich foods (nuts, pulses, beans, tofu and tempeh), this is miles ahead of most places. Show them our dessert and cake recipes too. Well done them for welcoming vegans!
Sleepy Hollow Inn host special events in their round barn, such as weddings. A sauna is also available.
