A relaxing, beautiful place to stay in the hills and hollows of
Huntington, Vermont, with eight distinctively furnished guest rooms
within a newly renovated lodge.
There is a separate vegan/vegetarian menu on their special
events menu, and whilst this is a tad repetitive on the pasta and
mushroom front and they need encouragement to add more protein-rich
foods (nuts, pulses, beans, tofu and tempeh), this is miles ahead
of most places. Show them our dessert and cake recipes too. Well
done them for welcoming vegans!
