SkiWorld have many well-located catered chalets in Tignes and many other resorts. They offer ski hosting and book Saturday to Saturday mostly.
Like the other couple of British chalet companies in Tignes, SkiWorld is happy to cater for vegans, especially with a little help with recipe ideas - just point them to our Catering Guide when you book. We're not entirely sure they'd do much buying in of specific ingredients in advance, but we hope to be proven wrong in your reviews - so please report back below! Luckily lots of good vegan ingredients can be bought in resort - so show your chalet hosts this website for further info!
SkiWorld is a much bigger company than most we list, so actually getting to talk to the people responsible for your food before you arrive is not so likely, and thus less reassuring to vegans and true veggies. People do appreciate specifics in advance such as whether they have vegan cake and dessert recipes, or we'll just get fruit for dinner after an energetic day's skiing, or for vegetarians whether the cheese in the "veggie" dishes is actually vegetarian.
Thus we'd advise you to be prepared to help your chalet host with ideas and also try to make sure the UK office do wise them up a bit in advance so they don't die of shock when you turn up! After all it is pretty easy to cater for vegans once you know how, as previous chalet host for Veggie Snow trips have said. They even enjoy the change and the challenge.
