Skiology have asked to be listed here on Veggie Snow, so go and test them out for us. They are in the Grand Massif ski area, one of my favourites.

Since 2006 Skiology has been cornering the foodie ski market and due to demand have gleefully expanded their product to both the vegan and vegetarian ski market.

Their unique formula means that they work with the UK's best catering schools to provide a higher standard of food and service. So ask them what veggie and vegan training they have.
