Sherpa mini supermarkets can be found in most French ski resorts. They have a larger range of dairy-free items than you would find in a similar shop in the UK, and tend to have good quality fruit and veg and even organic produce as well. There will be a great range of dried fruit and nuts, as well as peanut butter, perfect for munchies on the slopes. You also find handy items such as tissues, stationary, postcards and stamps, as well as basic household products.
The only thing you have to bring from home as a vegan is margarine, as all theirs contain dairy.

This Sherpa in Tignes Val Claret stocks dairy-free yogurts, milk, cream, chocolate dessert and custard (vanilla dessert), as well as frozen fruity sorbet lollies which the kids love.
