[when run by Snow Chalet, rather than Gravite] The Chalet is run by long term veggies. We stayed 2005, as a mixed vegan/veggie/meaty group – Vegan catering was excellent and inspired. A real effort was made, including providing vegan croissants, yogurts etc. Tea Time cakes were always vegan and scrummy. I would recommend.
