Ice and Fire are a small independent company running catered ski
chalet holidays in Les Coches, Paradiski, one of the largest ski
areas in the world. It is owner run with personal service and
luxury options.
With 24 beds in Chalet Campanules there's plenty of room for
large and small groups, divided up into little apartment duplexes
for more privacy. You can even have a single bed room if you wish,
or doubles or twins if you like to share. You can enjoy the sauna
and use the office space if work catches up with you. It's
right by the piste too.
There's a set menu each night, tailor made to your
group's likes and dislikes, and catering well for vegetarian
and vegan guests. Their tip: if you have kids who are fussy bring
your own soya dream with you - the French version tastes quite
different. Veggie Snow says "part of the travelling experience
is learning to enjoy what you find locally."
