This hotel offers vegan half board (notice required at booking) - the dinners are usually three or four courses and it is completely delicious.
The Hotel is located about 2 minutes walk from the lifts in Flims which is part of the Laax ski resort. Staff are friendly and speak English and will completely cater for you. I have been twice and had a complete vegan meal every night while everyone else ate something else!!
