Feedback on catering for vegans

veggie snow chalet hosts 2008 - Emma, Celina & Colum

How do hosts feel after catering for a bunch of vegans, or even only one or two? Find out here and be encouraged!

Emma of SkiBeat's Chalet Bartavelle said at the end of the Veggie Snow 2008 trip: "we were nervous about cooking for a bunch of vegans for a week, but it's been a blast. Cakes are easier and really tasty using recipes from the Veggie Snow website, and we love the chocolate mousse recipe so much we're giving it to our next guests. Celina and I want to cook the vegan menu for everyone!"

We find that by taking a sleeper there is no better way to get there ready to ski. You'll also be helping the snow to last for many more years to come.

However, it is just not immediately obvious how easy it is to get to so many resorts in this way. So we're here to help.
